Theory UX Research Academy
This program is for academics, recent graduates, and career shifters looking to begin a career in User Research.
In the past, this programming has been exclusively available to product teams looking to uplevel their research when they lack a research team. We've converted this program to not only make it accessible to those looking to transition into UX Research, but with a focus on the "gray areas" that other programs tend to exclude.

Our program has 4 modules, each focused on building both the hard and soft skills necessary for landing a UXR role, and preparing for those first few months on the job. The rate for all 4 sessions is $450. We have priced the program with students and individuals in mind, and offer group sessions to be able to offer it at this rate. We are excited to work with you.
1. The Deep Dive.
In this 2.5 hour session, we'll dig into your current skill set and uncover the hard research skills hiding under your belt.
2. Skills and Methodology.
This 2 hour session will help you to identify transferable skills, and provide an intro into some of the most commonly used methodologies in UXR.
3. Teamwork.
In this 3 hour session, we dig into the ins and outs of working in product research. Here, we highlight the soft skills necessary to be successful on a product team.
4. The Interview.
This 2 hour session will support you in prepping your portfolio, and determining how to brand yourself for the interview.

Only need one session?
While most of the sessions require partnering with other participants for homework assignments, the "Teamwork" session can be a standalone.
