Theory Research + Insights is a qualitative research agency that focuses on inclusive product research and strategy. We are highly skilled researchers and leaders with expertise in creating frameworks to understand needs, behaviors, and attitudes of users.

What is “inclusive” product research? We use our strong backgrounds in diversity, equity, and inclusion to drive our research approach, inform the questions we ask, and analyze our data in a way that is culturally aware and relevant. We make sure that the “whole” user experience is considered to mitigate bias in products, ideas, and futures. We also prioritize employing researchers and leaders with diverse experiences and backgrounds.
We also train product teams (design, engineer, product managers, etc.) to forge basic research skills, and grow the skills of those who wish to transition into a career in product and user research.
